1. This Week in Local Politics
Last week on social media, we pulled back the curtain on the backroom political deals taking place right here in our county. We exposed how local politicians and school administrators have been working together for years.
They have been using public school classrooms and taxpayer resources to run personal political campaigns. They thought nobody was paying attention to their flyers, their political action committees, and their shady text messages.
They were completely wrong. Our community is watching every single move they make.

The moment I blew the whistle on their unfair pay practices, a massive target was placed directly on my back. They marked me as an internal threat to their comfortable status quo.
3. The Whistleblowing Retaliation
Once you point out the flaws in a broken system, the people at the top immediately look for ways to push you out. They began searching for any excuse to silence an independent voice.
They did not care about my nine years of dedication to local students or my work as a counseling intern. They only cared about protecting their own secrets and maintaining absolute control over the district.
The administration began coordinating behind closed doors, using high priced corporate lawyers to build a defensive shield around their daily operations.
4. The First Amendment Violation
They finally solidified their retaliation campaign by committing a blatant constitutional violation.
I used my personal social media platform outside of work hours to speak up about local political corruption. The leadership could not handle the public exposure. On September 18, 2025, they terminated my livelihood during a quick thirty second phone call.
They completely ignored due process. They skipped the standard rules, gave zero real explanations, and thought they could make me disappear. By firing an educator for engaging in protected political speech, they turned a regular workplace dispute into a severe federal civil rights violation.
5. The Federal Court Arena
The talking phase is officially over. We have taken this fight past local boards and administrative offices straight into the federal court system.
The federal lawsuit is completely finalized and locked into the legal record. We are currently awaiting the formal serving of the paperwork to the Merced Union High School District and the two specific district leaders who orchestrated the firing.
They spent months using taxpayer dollars to hide public records and block transparency. Now, they have to answer to a federal judge.
