While the world is watching a Provo courtroom today where Tyler Robinson’s defense is fighting to disqualify the entire prosecution office in the Charlie Kirk assassination case, I am focused on the local node of this same national machine.
I am deep in a legal battle with the Merced Union High School District regarding my illegal termination on September 18.
The data I have uncovered through my CPRA requests shows a clear pattern of obstruction and retaliation.
AND we have MUHSD is trying to claim the matter is concluded but they still refuse to provide the official termination records.

This is part of the national purging of educators.
The situation with Luigi and the Charlie Kirk event was the main event that triggered everything with my job loss.
In Utah today the defense for Tyler Robinson is arguing that the "rush to seek death" in the Charlie Kirk case evidences strong emotional reactions rather than justice.
This is exactly how the system operates. They use emotional noise and procedural delays to hide the fact that they are targeting individuals who challenge the status quo.

[Sept 18, 2025] This is the pivot point where they turned a 2023 pay equity dispute into a political termination.
[Nov 24, 2025 CPRA Obstruction] This is the evidence of their failure to comply with state law and provide my termination files.
I am currently gift wrapping this entire case for the right legal team. I am seeking a First Amendment warrior who is not afraid to take on a district that repeatedly violates the US Constitution and California Public Records Act.
Justice requires a strategic shift and I am not backing down.
