The "Spoliation" Drop

Good morning Team.

I want to bring you inside the process for a minute.

Usually, when an employee gets "let go" under controversial circumstances, the institution relies on one specific tool:

Silence.

They count on you fading away. They count on the emails getting deleted. They count on the "mob" moving on to the next outrage.

My grandfather lost his platform because he relied on their money. I learned from that. I am not relying on their permission.

Yesterday, I formally served the District, the Board of Trustees, and their legal counsel with a "Litigation Hold and Spoliation of Evidence" demand.

In plain English: "Don't delete a single thing."

It puts them on legal notice that if any emails, security footage, or slack messages regarding my termination "disappear," they are committing a crime.

I am specifically demanding preservation of evidence regarding:

Whistleblower Retaliation: The real reason this started.

The "Heckler's Veto": When an institution punishes you because they are afraid of an angry mob.

Constitutional Violations: My right to speak as a private citizen.

Why am I sharing this with you?

Because this isn't just about my job.

It is about every teacher in the Central Valley who is terrified to speak the truth because they have a mortgage to pay.

It is about every student watching to see if "Freedom of Speech" is real or just a chapter in a textbook.

I am building a fortress of evidence. I am building a media platform that they can't turn off. And I am glad you are here to witness it.
